This is it: Self-Worth is the antidote. If you don't have this, you will forever feel less than and/or broken.

Self-worth can be so hidden among the weeds or the hills of barren deserts. In order to gain back this worth of self you must dig, clean your garden and replant seeds that you will not only nurture but love. Or find your light in that desert, that one reflection in the sand when you see yourself and those eyes glimmer. Walk to it, meet it and tell them “I’m here, to love you and to walk with you to where we are going to restore ME.”

Self-validation is a theme I have been exploring for the past two days, asking - what do i want x person to give to me right now?(when faced with an impulsive desire to tell someone something I've done/thought about)- Is what I want an acknowledgement of my effort? can I give that to myself instead?

"I did good today." "That is an interesting idea" "My outfit is kinda cool today" "Look at me waking up to study"

It has been interesting watching myself forget this choice, and then remember, and then forget again.

That's where I am at.
